She has volunteered at the local Cancer Center, was the Chairperson for the La Crosse Family Run/Walk for cancer and has spoken often about her cancer experiences. She and her husband have authored a book, "Broken Trails: Ambushed by Cancer" and they have written a musical play about survivorship entitled, "Until We Meet Again" |
